Has it really been a whole year?

I didn't realize how long it had been since I posted anything on here. Do people really read blogs though? Especially a boring one like mine? ummm... Probably not. I'm sure I'm just talking to myself, which sounds kinda crazy. A blog is kinda like a grown up journal that you post online for everyone to read.
If anyone reads it that is.
It's almost midnight here. Logan's in my room with me watching scary shows cuz he can't sleep. We probably should have found something happy to watch huh? I don't think he'll be sleeping anytime soon.
Well, in the last year, a lot has happened. We had a baby. Lucy. She is wonderful and adorable and the cutest baby in the whole world. We moved, again, we now live in a place called Wellton. The kids are loving it here. They really like school and are doing very well. Katelynn gets a little bored at home all day, but Lucy is getting bigger and can help her get into trouble now. Unfortunately, I haven't taken very many pictures in the last year. I do have a couple pictures of Lucy that I can post. I'll post our Christmas card picture next month. Maybe, who knows. I can't make my mind up about blogging...

A new beginning that's taking way too long to begin!!!

Life has been so full of ups and downs for us the past few months... We spent the summer in Georgia with Justin and it was wonderful (minus the humidity). We got to go to Savannah and play at the beach, spent countless hours at the awesome pools in our apartment complex, and enjoyed being just us for a whole 3 and a half months. Now we are back in AZ, well most of us are... Justin was officially hired by border patrol finally, he started work on sep. 20th. The only down side to this exciting news is that he will be in Artesia, NM, basically bfe, at least until Dec. 13th. I don't even know what bfe stands for btw, I just know people refer to it when they are talking about the middle of nowhere! Dec 13th is only 2 days before my due date, and it is really stressful to think that he might not be here when I go into labor. I have a tendency to go into labor usually about 2 weeks before my due date so we'll see... No jumping on trampolines this time around. :) Oh!! and he may not even be able to come home on Dec. 13th, which makes things even more stressful. The date is contingent upon him passing a Spanish test on monday. If he doesn't pass he'll have to stay there an extra 2 months! We are praying that since he served a mission in Mexico that he will be able to pass it. He has been studying like crazy and speaking spanish every chance he gets, but he has heard that the test is pretty hard to pass. Even native spanish speakers have been unable to pass it. Anyways... The bright side to all of this is that hopefully by our next anniversary we will finally be settled in a home for a long long time. We have been waiting for this kind of stability for such a long time now. It's perfect timing too! Logan and Kennedy just started school and we will have a new little girl!! I'm so excited for our new start!! I don't even care that we'll be living in Yuma!!

Well, It's been a long time since I posted anything on here so I thought I'd put up a few pics and an update. We've been in Georgia all summer and the only thing we like about it is that it only costs 20 bucks to register your car here and no emissions!! Thats about it though... The weather is worse then AZ in July and the drivers are horrible! Sorry to anyone who may be reading this from Georgia. :) We have some nice neighbors though! The kids have had so much fun playing with their new friends all summer. We will be moving back to the west (location currently unknown) in the middle of august. I'm pretty sure everyone already knows... but we are expecting another baby girl in December. Kennedy and Katelynn are so excited to have another sister. Surprisingly, Logan was a little disappointed though. Poor kid. At least he has Justin though! He's pretty much a kid too most of the time- which I have grown to love about him- most of the time. Well that's all I can think of for now! I'm sure i'll think of something else in 6 months or so! :)

Now we have three kids and they are way bigger!!! I can't believe how much they've grown since 2006, well i can... It has been 3 years, and there are 3 of them now!! Time goes by way too fast if you ask me!!!

I was outside tonight for a little while and i actually wished i had worn closed toe shoes! In AZ!! I keep pushing the q instead of the ! and it bugging me. I should be in bed. This is what i do when i can't fall asleep. I update things like facebook and our blog!! Hmmm..... whats new.... Pretty much the same old stuff. Justin is applying everywhere. I have no idea what wakenhut is, but apparently he's really excited to apply there. he's applied to mesa pd, lookked into portland pd but they start at like 33, still waiting to hear back from border patrol, he applied with them about a year ago now. Hmmm... who else.... ummm..... oh ya university of phoenix is hiring! and the list is probly getting pretty boring. and it keeps going so i'll stop. I'm getting tired so i think i'm gonna look for a cute pic and then go to bed!!! goodnight!!! dear void.....

Things are changing... We have moved out of our townhome and back to Mapleton. It is 60 degrees outside, which I am very excited about. The snow is finally melting!! Justin is waiting to hear back from Border patrol. If all goes well, we will be moving to Tucson soon. yay. We heard back from anchorage pd. They are currently having a hiring freeze. the next acadamy doesn't start till 2011. they told us this after he went up and tested and passed everything. before he left they told him the next acadamy would be starting in may of this year. Jerks... It's not exactly cheap fly to Alaska and spend a week there. and all for nothing. At least we won't be moving to Alaska now though. Sorry, enough venting. Besides the job search going very badley, we are doing well. Justin is graduating this semester!! Excited Yay!!! I am still working on my degree, it's going very slow. Someday I will finish..... Maybe. lol. We just had our fifth anniversary. I can't believe how much has changed in the last five years. Who would have thought... and we are stilll happy. That's the amazing part. We have had our rough patches... Lot's of them, but we are happier then ever, thankfully. Oh and Justin got me a new camera for his birthday, lol. I love it!

I just realized that I have an entry with a pic of Katelynn and one with a pic of Logan but none with my princess Kennedy. This is our little princess, well one of them, on her birthday. My brother made her an ice cream cake, and she loved it. She was so happy. Aww, why can't everyday be one of my kid's birthday?? It would be expensive, but so much fun. If only...

Summer's gone...

Our favorite time of the year is summer. Well, I can't speak for Justin, he does love the snow. I miss going to the pool and getting sunburned. If it were up to me, we would live somewhere that you can swim all year long (Hawaii), but it's not so we are talking about Alaska. Did you know that they actually pay you to live there? Crazy huh? Oh well, you know that phrase "you couldn't pay me to do that", well, i am thinking it applies to Alaska and me. We'll see what happens. Who knows maybe this time next year we'll be back in Arizona. Wishful thinking i know...

I found this picture on Lindsay's computer. I miss the good old days when all katelynn did was eat, sleep, and poop. Now she runs around and gets into everything. She even knows how to make the computer go crazy.
